Increasingly, groups of friends known as "Cuadrillas", are gathering their resources together to rent and run private clubhouses where they can relax and socialize. The Lonjas, usually converted garages and closed shops and often equipped with a bar, music, television and video games, provide a cheap alternative to spending money in bars and clubs in an increasingly harsh economic environment with growing unemployment among young adults.
