Runners cling to the barriers to let Miura fighting bulls, guided by steers, cross the town hall square...
Runners cling to the barriers to let Miura fighting bulls, guided by steers, cross the town hall square on the second day of the encierro (Running Of The Bulls) at the San Fermin festival in Pamplona July 8, 2012. Various participants suffered light injuries in the bull run that lasted two minutes and twenty-eight seconds. Hundreds of festival-goers accompany six fighting bulls every day at 8 a.m. along an 825-metre (0.51 mile) course to the bullring, where the animals are later killed in bullfights. Since 1925, 16 people have been killed during the encierro, according to the San Fermin festival press office. REUTERS/Vincent West (SPAIN - Tags: ANIMALS SOCIETY)
