People wait in front of a government-run employment office in Madrid March 4, 2014. The number of registered jobless in Spain fell by 0.04 percent in February from a month earlier, or by 1,949 people, leaving 4.8 million people out of work, data from the Labour Ministry showed on Tuesday. It was the first time that the jobless figure fell in the month of February since the start of Spain's financial crisis in 2007. REUTERS/Andrea Comas (SPAIN - Tags: POLITICS BUSINESS EMPLOYMENT)
