A man looks through a door in front of a red, wool sofa in the form of Mae West's lips, one of the most celebrated of all surrealist images, created by Salvador Dali, at the Salvador Dali exhibition 'Mass Culture', in honour of the Catalan artists' 100th birthday this year at the CaixaForum in Barcelona, February 4, 2004. The 'Mass Culture',exhibition consisting of over 400 works by the artist, is to offer an overview of the contact between painting and popular culture that Dali maintained throughout his life.
