Thousands of San Fermin revellers hold up their bandanas before the rocket announcing the official start of the week long San Fermin Festival in Pamplona July 6. The week long festival made popular by US writer Ernest Hemmingway consists in running a pack of six fighting bulls through the town to the bullring every morning.
