Kristina Koznick of the United States slides down the course after crashing in the first leg of the women's giant slalom event of the Alpine sking World Cup at the Great Arber mountain near the eastern Bavarian town of Zwiesel February 7, 2004. Koznick was not injured. Anja Paerson of Sweden clocked the fastest time in one minute 8.57 seconds, followed by Renate Goetschl of Austria in one minute 9.18 seconds and Caroline Lalive of the United States in one minute 9.23 seconds.
