All Star and three-time Gold Glove Award winner who played 19 seasons
in the Major Leagues with Montreal, the New York Mets, Los Angeles and
San Francisco from 1974-1982, holds the record for most games played by
a catcher (2,056). Carter will be inducted into the Hall of Fame along
