Cincinnati Reds right fielder Wily Mo Pena was unable to catch a deep fly ball hit by Milwaukee Brewers batter Chad Moeller for a bases loaded triple in the fifth inning at Miller Park in Milwaukee, Wisconsin April 27, 2004. Moeller hit a single in the seventh inning off Cincinnati Reds relief pitcher John Riedling to complete the cycle with a home run in the second inning, and a double in the fourth inning.
