World heavyweight boxing champion Lennox Lewis (R), of Great Britain, has his arm stretched by a trainer at the beginning of his workout April 4 at the Caesars Brookdale on the Lake resort in Scotrun, a vacation resort in the Pocono Mountains about 90 miles from New York City. Lewis will face Micheal Grant at New York's Madison Square Garden to defend his title on April 29.
