Finland's World Champion Mika Hakkinen drives his McLaren Mercedes during the qualifying for the German Grand Prix in Hockenheim, July 31. Hakkinen won the qualifying in front of teammate David Coulthard and Germany's Heinz Haralf Frentzen and will start from pole position in tomorrows race.
