MOTORCYCLING GRAND PRIX IN HOHENSTEIN ERNSTTHAL.


Italian 250cc rider Marco Melandri (C) points to the sky as he is
assisted from the track by marshalls after crashing during the German
Motorcycling Grand Prix at the Sachsenring circuit in
Hohenstein-Ernstthal July 21, 2002. Melandri, who was leading before
his crash, was awarded the race win ahead of Italy's Roberto Rolfo and
Argentina's Sebastian Porto after the race was stopped after the 22nd
