Fiona, the Countess of Arran, 79, takes her powerboat 'Hopscotch' for a practise run off Cowes, Isle of Wight August 23. Lady Arran will race into the history books on Sunday, when she starts the National Express Cowes Classic as the oldest competitor to race an offshore powerboat.
