SPORT-SWIMMING:ISTANBUL, 1AUG99-World record holder Sandra Voelker (C) of Germany is flanked by silver winner Spain's Nina Jivanevskaia (R) and bronze holder Slovenian swimmer Metka Sparavec after her victory in the 50m backstroke women event in which she set a new world record in the European Swimming championship in Istanbul. Voelker set the world record in a time of 28.71 seconds.
