FINAL IN FUKUOKA.
Inge de Bruijn of the Netherlands smiles after being presented with the
gold medal for the womens 100m freestyle final at the 9th World
Swimming Championships in Fukuoka July 25, 2001. De Bruijn won with a
time of 54.18 seconds, ahead of Germans Katrin Meissner in second and
Sandra Voelker in third.
