Prada won the match but have to wait to see if Stars and Stripes beat America True. America One is the first team to go through to the finals with Stars and Stripes fighting it out with Prada for the other spot. Two teams compete in the final with the outcome of the Louis Vuitton Cup to determine who will race New Zealand for the America's Cup starting February 19, 2000.
