TRADERS CELEBRATE TOGETHER AS DOW PASSES 10,0000 MARK.
Traders on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange celebrate together as the Dow industrial average passed the 10,000.00 point level for the first time, March 16. The Dow passed the milestone early in the trading session before giving back much of it's early gain.
