Stranded Bihari Moslems in Bangladesh demonstrate in Dhaka on August 12,2000 demanding for same facilities as citizens of Bangladesh. About 250,000 Urdu-speaking Moslems, who opted for Pakistan, have been living in squalid camps since the Independance of Bangladesh in 1971. The Biharis had sided with Pakistani troops during the Bangladesh's inependence war. The banner reads "We want facilities as citizens.
