Mikie Nakata, mother of a victim on the ill-fated Ehime Maru, wipes her tears during a press conference following the inquiry March 8, 2001, at Pearl Harbor Naval Base into the collision of the submarine USS Greeneville and the Japanese fishing trawler. The two ships collided February 9, 2001 off the coast of Oahu Hawaii and nine students and crew members died in the accident.
