A child carries a water container during the visit by U.S. ambassador Susan Rice with members of the U.N. Security Council at the Mandela IDPs camp in Khartoum May 22, 2011. Sudan's north and south have fought for all but a few years since 1955 over oil, ethnicity, religion and ideology. The conflict, which ended with a 2005 peace deal, killed an estimated 2 million people and destabilised much of east Africa. The IDPs camp is for south Sudanese people who are unable to return to south Sudan. REUTERS/Mohamed Nureldin Abdallah (SUDAN - Tags: POLITICS CIVIL UNREST)
