Two of Switzerland's most senior government ministers, Foreign Minister Flavio Cotti (L) and Justice Minister Arnold Koller (R), announced their resignation at a news conference in Berne January 13. Cotti and Koller, both members of the conservative Christian Democratic Peoples Party, announced they would resign in April.
