A combination picture shows an HeiQ employee explaining their new fleece that can absorb oil in water at the company plant in Bad Zurzach June 24, 2010. The oil guard -- which looks like a heavy felt -- is water resistant and can absorb up to seven times its weight in crude oil. Along with its German partner TWE, HeiQ can each day produce enough to cover up to 10 km of coastline and could be used in a plan to save the oil-drenched coastlines of the Gulf of Mexico, according to the company's heads.
