Baerg Marti is to store a limited quantity of balsamic vinegar barrique barrels in a cave at an altitude of 2900 metres above sea level. According to Baerg Marti, the new investment trend is attracting exclusive investors from all over the world as they are reckoning on an increase in value of 200 to 300% in the first five years.
