Andrew Huang, CEO of Advanced Power and Energy Sources Co.Ltd., drives a green car which runs on Zinc Oxygen Energy (ZOE) fuel cell during a test drive for Reuters in Taipei January 29, 2010. The green car named "Salamander" is a project initiated four years ago with a team from China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. It operates on a set of 288 zinc-oxygen cells which are enough for the vehicle to travel 350km (217 miles). The design is scheduled to officially launch in March 2010, with a target price of $35,000.
