Julie Taymor, director of The Lion King, holds her "Best Direction of a Musical" Tony award as she accepts the award on stage during the 1998 Tony Award Ceremonies at Radio City Music Hall in New York, June 7. Taymor also won the award for "Best Costume Design" for The Lion King.
