Sony kept secret on Tuesday about the detail of its own handheld game machine PSP, such as its price and launch date, but it unveiled a plan to launch a new version of its popular PlayStation 2 (PS2) game console in the United States and Europe on November 1 at a price of $149 and 149 euros ($181) respectively.
