Next generation finally reaches tennis pinnacle C
Daniil Medvedev became the new World No. 1 in men’s singles tennis on Feb. 28. This is the first time since Andy Roddick on Feb. 1, 2004, that a player outside of the “Big 4” has taken the top ranking – a gap of 921 consecutive weeks.
