Two-day old Siamese twins are pictured in intensive care in a Bangkok hospital December 21, 2000 after they were brought to specialists in following their birth in an eastern Thai hospital. The two boys, Kiti (L) and Piti have their own set of vital organs but have their livers and hearts joined which is extremely difficult to separate successfully and doctors are seeking the advice of specialists in Western nations for help.
