Marine biologists prepare to hoist a 30-year old greenback turtle from a truck for its release into the sea in Takuapa district, about 130 km (81 miles) north of the Thai resort island of Phuket, January 10, 2005.. The rare male turtle was swept one kilometres inland near the Phuket tourist island by the Dec. 26 tsunami that battered Thailand's southwestern coastline. The animal was recovered by soldiers and needed treatment for an injured flipper.
