A wild Asian bull elephant (R) is herded by three domesticated counterparts during its rescue in the jungles of Kanchanaburi near the border between Thailand and Myanmar on November 12, 2002. Conservationists used their own elephants to herd the wild animal to help after it was found tied up in the jungle with a large gash in its front right leg. The injured pachyderm will be transported to a conservation park just north of Bangkok for treatment.
