Thai Prime Minister Chuan Leekpai pats a child on the cheek as he arrives at Bangkok's Government House January 9. The Government House was opened to the public to mark Children's Day. Thousands of children queued up for activities especially arranged for them at Government House and other public and private facilities in the country.
