A Myanmar boy sits at a fishing dock in the Thai tsunami-hit village of Ban Nam Khem, north of Phuket March 23, 2005. Myanmar workers, who worked in the fishing and construction sector in before the tidal waves swept away the village, said they were at the bottom of the relief aid lines by Thai and international agencies that are helping reconstruct and rehabilitate Thai victims. But Thai tsunami victims are complaining that relief aid and other compensation from the government is too little and too late to help them recover as bureaucracy and corruption are hampering the effort.
