Vietnamese suspect Pham Nguyen Thanh Hien Si, 38, is arrested and led into a police news conference by Thai police in Bangkok on June 21, 2001. Thai police said on Thursday they have arrested three Vietnamese suspects in connection with a bomb scare at the Vietnamese embassy in Bangkok this week. A police investigator said the men, described as "Vietnamese dissidents", were arrested in the Thai capital after a tipoff from a taxi driver who believed he had dropped off the man responsible for the scare at the embassy early on Tuesday.
