United Nation special envoy for East Timor Jamsheet Marker (2nd L) accompanied by special representative of the United Nation secretary general Ian Martin (L) meets Indonesian President Habibie (R) in Jakarta June 21. Marker is in Indonesia to continue talks ahead of a ballot on August 8 to decide whether the East Timor should remain under Indonesian countrol.
