medical treatment, questions Duke University Hospital CEO William
Fulkerson, M.D. about the care Santillan has received as a patient at
the hospital following a press conference held February 21, 2003 at
Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. Doctors told
the media that Santillan has irreversible brain damage after receiving
two heart-lung transplants. antillan underwent the second surgery when
