Soldiers clean up fuel oil on the Noja beach in the province of
Santander in Northern Spain February 4, 2003. "Crown Resources", the
metals and energy trader, is suing the owners of the Bahamanian-flagged
Prestige tanker which sank off the coast of Spain in November. The
Swiss-based company had chartered the Prestige to carry 77,000 tonnes
of fuel oil which is now spilling onto French and Spanish beaches.
