FILE PHOTO MAY 94- Arkansas Governor Jim Guy Tucker has been indicted by the Whitewater grand jury in Little Rock on charges of giving false information to obtain government loans for personal use. The indictment was announced June 7 by Whitewater special prosecutor Kenneth-Starr, who was appointed in August 1994 to investigate President-Clinton's Whitewater land deal and its ties to a failed Arkansas savings and loan.
