Australian Governor-General Michael Jeffery walks past Australian soldiers during a dawn ceremony at Anzac Cove where the first battle fought in Gallipoli, Turkey April 25, 2006 to mark the 91st anniversary of the World War I campaign of Gallipoli. Some 4,000 Australian and New Zealand soldiers struggled ashore this narrow beach 91 years ago in the ill-fated Gallipoli campaign that would claim more than 130,000 lives, at the edge of this remote peninsula in western Turkey.
