Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak (L) is congratulated by his Turkish counterpart Bulent Ecevit (R) as they visit a village of 320 prefabricated houses donated to Turkish earthquake victims, October 25 near the northwestern Turkish city of Adapazari. Barak and Ecevit visited the village of houses built by Israelis for the quake victims of the August 17 deadly earthquake which killed at least 18,000 and left 600,000 homeless.
