Synagogue in Istanbul, Turkey, August 28, 2001. Party leaders,ministers
and businessmen gathered in the synagogue to pay tributes to Garih who
was stabbed to death at a deserted Eyup cemetery in Istanbul last
weekend in a murder many fear could be linked to political or business
enemies.
