A doctor inspects HIV-positive patients at the state-run Lavra clinic, Ukraine's main HIV treatment centre, in Kiev January 15, 2013. Activists of the All-Ukrainian network of people living with HIV/AIDS, a non-governmental group, said on Tuesday the clinic would run out of medication in two weeks due to misspending of funds, according to local media. Local media also reported that the Health Ministry said on Tuesday that they planned to make up the shortfall using medication provided by the Global Fund against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
