Orthodox nuns and a priest attend a service in Kiev July 27, 2008. The service was led by Patriarch Alexiy II, head of the Russian Orthodox Church and Constantinople Patriarch Bartholomew, world-wide head of the Orthodox faith, and marked the 1,020th anniversary of the region's embrace of Orthodox Christianity.
