EXTRADITION TO GERMAN AUTHORITIES AT AIRPORT IN KIEV.
Hand-cuffed German Arthur Fischer is escorted by Ukrainian police

the outskirts of Ukraine's western town of Rivne after robbing a bank
near Wrestedt in western Germany and seizing two women bank employees
along with some 243,000 euros on a chaotic car chase across eastern
