ORDER IN KIEV.
Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma (L) presents UEFA Chief Executive
Gerhard Aigner with an order of Yaroslav Mudriy during their meeting at
the Presidential office in Kiev, November 5, 2003. Aigner arrived in
Ukraine on Tuesday to chair a two-day meeting of UEFA Executive
Committee and for talks on major European soccer issues.
