SECURITY COUNCIL MEETING.
United Nations chief arms inspector Hans Blix enters a United Nations
Security Council meeting in New York on October 3, 2002, to discuss the
situation in Iraq. U.N. arms inspectors made clear on Thursday they
were ready to delay a visit to Iraq - as the United States and Britain
wanted - while the U.N. Security Council deliberated a new resolution.
