Chef plates Golden Globe Awards entree during press preview
Suki Suguira, head chef at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, plates the entree which will be served at the 66th annual Golden Globe Awards at the hotel, during a press preview January 6, 2009 in Beverly Hills. The entree served will feature grilled prime tenderloin of beef encrusted in green tea pearls served with sauteed aromatic Asian spice marinated Sea Bass with a Sherry wine Yuzu pepper sauce, garnished with grilled King Oyster mushrooms, jicama, and a potato onion croquette.
