Conor Hagen, an employee of Mast Brothers Chocolate, hand grinds cacao beans at the company's factory in the Brooklyn borough of New York July 8, 2010. Rick and Michael Mast currently run the company as the only "bean to bar" chocolate making company in New York and one of the few in the United States.
