NFL football star Michael Vick of the Philadelphia Eagles joins the Humane Society in support of legislation that will crack down on animal fighting spectators during a news conference on Capitol Hill in Washington July 19, 2011. The bill, H.R. 2492, will penalize criminals who finance and bring children to dogfights and cockfights. Vick spent two years in prison for his involvement in dog fighting.
