Chef Luke Venner presents a gold and caviar-enriched lobster roll that sells for $160 at "BLT Fish" restaurant in New York, June 4, 2014. BLT Fish is a high-end fish restaurant and has a less expensive dining room two floors below, called "BLT Shack", which already serves a traditional lobster roll. Venner said his inspiration for his caviar and gold-infused version was a desire to tie the two restaurant concepts together.
