Cheyenne Brewington receives a hug by volunteers of the Free Black Mamas DMV movement after members of the Free Black Mama DMV posted her bond and she was released from the Prince George's County Detention Center during the third annual Free Black Mama Mother's Day bailout in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, U.S. May 6, 2019. 26 year-old Brewington has been detained at the Prince Georges County Detention Center since April 18, 2019, and could not afford to post a $5,000 bond for 1st degree assault and $1,500 for traffic violations.
