Visitors explore the world's largest playable guitar, part of a new exhibition from the National Guitar Museum "Guitar: The Instrument That Rocked The World" on display at the Liberty Science Center in Jersey City, New Jersey, October 3, 2014. The 45.5 foot (13.87 meters) long 2,255-pound (1,023 kg) copy of a Gibson Flying V guitar was built by students at the Academy of Science & Technology in Houston, Texas in 2001. The exhibition, which runs from October 4 through January 4, 2015, explores facets of the world's most popular instrument from its history as an instrument of popular culture over the past 400 years to the science of creating sound with wood, steel and other materials.
